Cancellation Policy & Procedure
Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you. However, it is also understandable that unexpected events can happen for you and for me and my team.
In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Stearns & Associates.

In general these guidelines apply for coaching refunds and cancellations:
- The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of the delivery of services and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 25% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to [email protected].
- Once Stearns & Associates has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice.
- Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
- If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions, then the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 25% transaction fee.
- Should a member of our team, have to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will strive to do so 24 hours in advance. Should there be less than 24 hour-notice Stearns and Associates will refund you the full amount of the fee.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. Stearns & Associates will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Stearns & Associates, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
