​Stearns and Associates support coachees to take deliberate action and courage them to expand their potential and achieve desired outcomes.  We offer Executive Coaching Services that are tailored to support you in moving forward in the following ways:

Performance Coaching

Far too often do we know what we want to achieve, only to discover that there is ‘something’ holding us back.  Identifying and removing these blocks are essential to achieving your highest potential and performance.  High Performance Coaching is tailored to support individuals, or teams, with their desire to work towards overcoming the challenges that are holding them back from achieving their goals.   

Leadership Coaching

​Stearns and Associates offer two approaches to Leadership Coaching:
  1.  Utilizing The Leadership Potential Inventory, developed by Posner and Kouzes, as a starting point of understanding your leadership strengths and identifying what specific areas of leadership you need to enhance, Stearns and Associates coaches will support you in enhancing the leadership goals you want, or need to develop, for your own career or personal growth.
  2. Coaching you through a desired leadership goal by delving into the barriers or blocks that have restrained you from achieving the outcomes you desire. ​

Transformational and Adaptive Change Coaching

Stearns and Associates utilizes two different coaching techniques:
      Transformaitonal change:  This is the coaching method used by most coaches.  Goal is identified, and through coaching                                           you are held accountable to the commitments you make to yourself to achieve the desired outcomes.    
      Adaptive Change:  Immunity to Change coaching method is used when a you have the technical skills yet, even when                                                striving to make a desired change,  you continue to fall back into 'old patterns of behaviour.'   We                                                  work together to identifying your barriers, expose your competing commitments and the                                                                assumpitons that you make.  Thereafter,  your coach will coach you through a change process that                                                lasts.  

Conflict Coaching

​Whether interpersonal conflict within or with another person, Stearns and Associates offers Coaching that enhances the opportunity for an individual to recognize the internal conflict they are having or, if a conflict with another person(s), enhances the opportunity to collaborative resolve and create a stronger outcome for the person(s) involved.
